Monthly Birthdays Celebrations
On the last Friday of each month, we will have a birthday party honoring students and famous Black persons born during that month. Some of the people commemorated: This provides staff and students the opportunity to spotlight and celebrate the achievements of past and present African Americans who have accomplished much for this country and the Black community, despite the country's history of racism and oppression.
El último viernes de cada mes, tendremos una fiesta de cumpleaños en honor a los estudiantes y a personas negras famosas nacidas durante ese mes. Algunas de las personas conmemoradas: Esto brinda al personal y a los estudiantes la oportunidad de resaltar y celebrar los logros de los afroamericanos pasados y presentes que han logrado mucho por este país y la comunidad negra, a pesar de la historia de racismo y opresión del país.
